Ned Leiby is a director of income and franchise tax at Ryan.
Ned’s experience spans twenty-five years of assisting global and middle-market clients with mitigating risk, enhancing compliance and optimizing savings for state tax matters.
In addition to advising clients relative to transactions and compliance he is currently providing perspective from that of the taxpayer’s representative to the Multistate Tax Commission’s transfer-pricing initiative. Recently, BNA Daily Tax Report and The Canadian Business Journal published articles on state taxation written by him. Ned was also interviewed about state incentives by NBC News Ward Room blog.
